Missions
Our Desire:
To be on mission with God and involve our church family in reaching our Jerusalem (community/city), Judea (state), Samaria (continent) and the Ends of the Earth (world) with the gospel of Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8) by strategically deploying people and resources around the world to introduce lost people to Jesus Christ and to help them become fully devoted followers.

We take serious the call to use our gifts and the resources God has blessed us with to make a difference. We believe that we cannot out give God and so we give, pray, serve, and share to invest in the Kingdom of God.

Just one of our many local missions opportunities here at Woodhaven is Serving Saturday's. We would love to have you join us once a month - usually on the last Saturday - to bless someone or a ministry in our community. (Check back for dates.)

- We honor and pray for our local first responders and officers
- We connect with international teachers here in our community serving our kids.

Investing in our community
Our desire is to minister to others and share the gospel. We look for opportunities to partner with other churches and organizations that are meeting the needs of their community and sharing God’s love. We support groups that come to our area to serve like World Changers. We also give financially to missions that are supported by the NAMB.

Our church has taken many oversea adventures to take God’s Word to many parts of the world. Some of the places we have served are Japan, The Middle East, and Trinidad.

Service Opportunities:
We have many teams that contribute on Sundays as well as other times during the week. We believe everyone who attends Woodhaven has a way that they can give back to the church family that also blesses them.
If you are new to Woodhaven and would love to get involved we suggest helping us out initially on our Host Team, Special Events, and various positions related to our Worship & A/V Teams.
Once you have had a chance to get connected and discover how God is guiding you at WBC we would love to have you involved in other areas like our children, youth, life group leadership, and more. We look forward to helping your discover God’s plan for you here.
